The process is short on purpose.
Every submission gets a real reply from a real person, within one business day. If we're not the right fit for what you're after, we'll say so directly, and point you somewhere useful when we can.
What to expect
One real conversation to start: what you've done, what you're after, what would make the move worth it. If there's alignment we move quickly. If not, you'll know within the week, with feedback that's useful either way.
If nothing on the board matches today, we keep your profile close at hand and reach out the moment something fits.
How we work with you
You'll always know which client we're submitting you to before we do it. Compensation ranges shared upfront. Honest feedback after every interview, including the ones that didn't land.
We don't blast your CV around the market. Your name goes nowhere without your say-so, every time.

A real reply
Not an auto-responder. A person reads what you sent and answers it, within a business day, usually sooner.
Numbers upfront
Compensation range before the first interview, not after the third. If a role can't meet your number, we'll say so early.
Your consent, every time
We name the client before we submit you. Nothing goes out without you agreeing to it first.
Feedback either way
Including the rejections, and including the parts that are awkward to hear. That's the only kind worth having.

I'm not actively looking. Worth talking?
Usually yes. Most of the people we place weren't searching when we first spoke. They just wanted to know what was out there. No pressure, and nothing moves without you.
Will my current employer find out?
Not from us. We don't submit you anywhere without naming the client and getting your agreement first, and we don't circulate CVs speculatively.
Do you only place senior people?
No, but we're specialists, not a volume shop. If the role is one we know cold, seniority matters less than fit.
Nothing on the board fits me. Still send something?
Yes. The public list is a sample, not the whole pipeline, and a good chunk of our searches never get posted at all.
