For employers

A search you can hand off.

You'll work with a partner who has sat on your side of the table, an intake that takes the brief seriously, and a shortlist that respects your time: three to five candidates you'd be glad to interview, every one carefully written up.

The process

Three steps. No mystery.

STEP 01

Brief

A working session, not a form. We map the role to your operational reality and put it in writing, so we're aligned from day one.

STEP 02

Source & score

AI-assisted sourcing across our network and the broader market. Every candidate scored against your brief: your priorities, your context, your bar.

STEP 03

Shortlist & close

Three to five candidates, full write-ups, references on request. We stay close through offer, signing and the first ninety days.

Why partner with us

Every hire should pull the function forward.

Qualified for the brief is table stakes. The lift is what comes with the right hire: fluency in the modern stack, the instinct to retire legacy process, and a function that looks different a year out.

01

Domain depth

Qualified for the brief.

Credentials, references and scoring against your actual brief, not a database keyword match.

02

Modern stack fluency

Built for how the work is changing.

AI-assisted workflows, automation and modern data tooling already in their hands on day one, not learned on your time.

03

Playbook transfer

Teaches the function around them.

Coaches teammates, retires the legacy steps no one wanted to own, and brings the how-to-modernize into the day-to-day.

04

Compounding lift

Same headcount. Different operation.

One placement, lasting effect, measured a quarter, two quarters and a year out, not on closing day.

The practical questions

What you'll want to ask.

How long does a search take?

Most retained searches produce a shortlist inside three to four weeks. Specialist and leadership roles run longer. We'll tell you which one yours is at the brief stage, not after.

What does it cost?

Retained search is a fixed fee against the role, staged across the search. Placement and project work are quoted per engagement. You'll have the number in writing before we start.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

Every placement carries a guarantee period. If it fails inside it, we run the search again. That's the whole point of staying close through the first ninety days.

Do you work outside your four sectors?

Occasionally, when the function is one we know cold. But we'd rather tell you we're the wrong firm than run a search we can't run well.

Tell us the role and the constraint you're actually working against. We'll come back within a business day, usually faster.
